RICHMOND — Attorney General Mary Sue Terry released her lt)89 legislative package Friday, Jan. 20, focusing on criminal law, insurance regulatory reform and consumer protection.
Ms. Terry, who is up for re-election this year, admitted that her package was modest with no major hlockbusters, but added that there was plenty for the General Assembly to digest. “We’ve got enough on our plates,” said Terry. “There’s some heavy duty stuff in here. ”
