Peel and seed avocado. Cut into chunks and place in blender or food processor. Add mayonnaise, soup cream, taco sauce, lime juice and about half the cream. Puree until smooth. Add more cream if needed to thin out to pouring consistency; Season to taste with salt and pepper.* Chili while assembling salad. *
