Our law enforcement officers provide an invaluable service to the community arid deserve tremendous praise. They are there to help us at all hours of the day, and they protect us from criminals who would infringe on our personal freedoms. Each day hundreds of people are maimed or killed on our highways, sometimes the result of a reckless driver.
I would prefer that our law enforcement officers could concentrate on this tremendous threat to society instead of searching for “pot”. I do not believe that David’s marijuana farm has in anyway threatened the lives of the citizens of Rappahannock County, unless of course, that darned helicopter decides to fall out of the sky.
With fellow human beings starving to death on our very planet, how can we as a nation be so extravagant to spend millions of dollars on this absurd cause? Consider, that same helicopter could be employed to deliver supplies and food to our neighbors in Africa. Wouldn’t that be nice?
