The Toll Road Corp. of Virginia, which is headquartered in Leesburg, has just been given the go ahead by the Commonwealth Transportation Board to construct and operate the Dulles Toll Road extension as a private toll road. The corporation now looks to the State Corporation Com mission for its approval.
