The obiect of the abovestyled cause is for Complainant to obtain a divorce from the Defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart, without any cohabitation and without interruption, for a period in excess of one (1) year, pursuant to Sec 20-91(9), Code of Virginia (1950) as amended

An affidavit having been filed that the Complainant has used due dilegence to locate the Defendant and has been unable to do so, and Complainant is not aware of the Defendant's last known post office address other than the residence in which the parties last cohabited together as man and wife, in November of 1979, namely Viscoes Avenue, Front Royal. County of Warren, Virginia. The Clerk doth grant and enter this order of publication this 21st day of July, 1989.
