Ordewald In and to the lands described in the Bill of Complaint filed herein, and or to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise, of a tract of land of which Woodley Tutt died seized and possessed, located in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing 1.891 acres, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
