On Friday evening chairman of the Board of Supervisors Hubert Gilkey will sit oh the plank from 9-10 p.m. Also taking a turn in the tank Friday evening will be Linda Heeks and Rappahannock News editor Lou Hatter, who’ll be the target from 8-9 p.m.
On Saturday evening two "more supervisors will take a turn. Col. Ellis Bingham will be in the tank from 7-8 p.m., followed by Mike Massie from 8-9 p.m.
"Everyone is welcome at the Flint Hill Firemen’s Carnival,” said Moe Walker. “Come out, greet old friends and make new ones.”
