The Marion duPont Scott Equine Medical Center at Morven Park in Leesburg will hold an open house and tour of the equine hospital on Saturday, Oct. 13, from 9 a.m. to noon. Following the open house the Morven Park Steeplechase Races will begin at 1:30 p.m.
The Equine Medical Center functions as the northern Virginia campus of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. It is a 67,000 square foot advanced care referral hospital, which provides state of the art clinical care, teaching, research and patient service programs.
