Items auctioned off ranged from a signed candid photo of President George Bush and Warner to a weekend getaway at The Homestead to Redskins tickets.

Antique automobiles were displayed by Winchester members of the Antique Automobile Club of America.

Tradition also weaved through the country spread prepared by George Shaffer of Shaffer’s Barbecue Service of Woodstock. Shaffer prepared a total 1,500 chickens, 75 gallons of coleslaw, 90 gallons of baked beans, 90 gallons of apple sauce and 100 orange sheet cakes to serve the guests.

Attending were members of Loudoun’s state GOP delegation, Del. Linda M. Rollins (Loudoun/Fairfax), Del. Robert Andrews (Loudoun/) as well as Del. Raymond R. “Andy” Guest Jr, Virginia House Minority leader and Sen. Kevin G. Miller who represent parts of Fauquier County.
