The following recipes are 1 some that I’ve made and liked plus a s Sour Cream Apple Pie recipe from > Liz Tole which is delicious. Even though we all love apple desserts in i the fall of the year. I’ve included a ’ few recipes using fresh apples for > variety and good nutrition. , Sour cream apple pie Roll out dough for 9 inch pie and ' flute edges. Set aside. ! Mix together 1 c. sour cream, 2 1 T. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 t. salt, 11. vanilla and 1 egg. Stir in 3 c. diced tart apples. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Combine 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. flour and 1/4 c. butter. Sprinkle on top of pie and bake additional 20 minutes. (Contributed by Liz Tole).
