Children and youth suspected of having a handicapping condition may be referred by contacting the principals of the schools or the Director of Pupil Personnel/Special Education at the Rappahannock County School Board Office. Referrals can be made by parents, state and local agency professionals, school principals, teachers, doctors, social workers and students themselves.
