Julie Garst Duggan received both her BA and MA in English from the University of Virginia. Most recently, Ms. Duggan was an Adjunct Professor of English at Lord Fairfax Community College and Northern Virginia Community College in Manassas.
Ruth Munro brings to Wakefield a total of 31 years’ teaching experience. She is a native of Northhampton, Massachusetts and was graduated from Smith College with a BA in education and child study.
