Currently the plant is operating at approximately 20,000 gallons per day. Mr. Burner said the plant would need two such dechlorinators or some larger unit, Mr. Swindler reported.
Mr. Swindler said that Mr. Burner said the engineering study would be needed to design how the unit or units would be attached to the current plant, but he thought the cost would be less than members had anticipated.
