rules announced
Effective with the 1991 marketing year, wool producers are subject to payment limitation and payment eligibility farm program rules. In view of this, the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service es- (tablished a new filing procedure for ■ the Wool Price Support Payment Program.
Wool sales documents for the ^ 1988 marketing year must be filed^ by Dec. 31, 1991, the same as in the 1 past. Under the new procedure, sales documents for 1989, 1990 and 1991 must be filed by March 2, 1992. “ For 1992 and subsequent marketing years, wool sales receipts must be* filed within 60 days after the end oC each marketing year. The marketing^ year ends Dec. 31. •
