The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS)/Office of Plant Protection is responsible for the enforcement of not only the Virginia Gypsy Moth Quarantine, but also assisting the U.S.D.A. in the enforcement of the Federal Gypsy Moth Quarantine.
