(Brenda Lawrence) 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 cup oil 2 cups flour 2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 3 small jars baby food carrots Mix together. Put in 2 9x13 greased pans. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Frosting: 8 oz. softened cream cheese 1/4 lb. soft butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lb. box powdered sugar Mix together and frost.
