1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted 2 teaspoons honey 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 (8-ounce) carton low-fat, orange-flavored yogurt Combine all ingredients, except yogurt in container of an electric blender, process until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl; gently stir in yogurt. Yield: about 11/2 cups. Orange granola drop cookies 1-1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup margarine, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar legg 1 medium orange, unpeeled, finely chopped 2/3 cup granola 1/2 cup raisins Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. In large bowl, cream together margarine and sugars. Add egg and chopped orange; beat well. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in granola and raisins. Cover and chill. Drop dough by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Makes about 4 dozen. • Finely chop orange in food processor, blender or by hand to equal 3/4 cup. Note: For crisper cookies, do not store in an air-tight container.
