Seniors set to graduate
The Rappahannock High Class of 1992 will graduate at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 13 in the school gymnasium. The commencement speaker is teacher Dennis Wingfield.
There will also be various scholarship awards and performances by the band and chorus.
Baccalaureate ceremonies will be held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, June 7 in the *" scho6f«uditOriurrV A new feature, "The Candle Ceremony/' has been added. Seniors will pass a candle to a junior "to represent the passing on of responsibility," said RCHS principal John Toth. The public is invited.
Bike-a-Thon in Flint Hill
The Bike-a-Thon for St. Jude's Cancer Research Hospital that was rained out earlier this month has been rescheduled foi Saturday, May 30 from 9 a.m.-noon.
The event takes place at Caledonia Farms Road between Flint Hill and Washington. For more information call 987-9517.
