The public is advised that the proposed Budget may be reduced insofar as expenses are concerned, in order to reflect reductions in proposed income. _ 2* A PROPOSAL TO AMEND THE MEALS AND LODGING TAX ORDINANCE OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA, to increase the tax from a rate of 2WK of purchases to 3.0% of purchases. A copy of the Ordinance to amend the Meals and Lodging Tax Ordinance is available for Inspection by the public In the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County and in the Office of the County Administrator for Rappahannock County, both on Gay Street In Washington, Virginia, during normal business hours. The public is invited to attend said public hearings and make their views known.
