Kathryn Carter

Kathryn Massie Carter, 94, of Warrenton, died Tuesday, May 19 at. Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton. \ Mrs. Carter was bom in Amissville, the daughter of the late Milton B. Anderson and Emma Catherine Massie Anderson on Feb. 1, 1898.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Hill Carter.

She was a member of the Warrenton Baptist Church and the United Daughters of the Confederacy and a former member of the Francis Fauquier Garden Club.

She is survived by a daughter, Kathryn Ann Carter of Warrenton.

Graveside services were held Thursday, May 21 at Warrenton Cemetery with the Rev. J. Richard Winter officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fauquier County Chapter of the SPCA or to the Warrenton Rescue Squad.

Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton was in charge of the arrangements.
