IT. vinegar 1/2 onion, finely minced 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped 2 stalks celery, finely cut Minced fresh parsley Dash tabasco 2T. pimento, minced 2 heaping T. mayonnaise 2 heaping T. sour cream Combine potatoes salt, pepper and vinegar. Toss lightly with a fork. Add remaining ingredients; mix dressing together and toss. Let stand until flavor blends. Serves six.
