'Bugsy' screened Sunday night
"Bugsy/' Rated R, starring Annette Bening and Warren Beatty, will be shown at The Theatre at Washington, Va. on Sunday, the weekly RAAC-sponsored movie.
Bugsy Siegel, known as the gangster who invented Las Vegas, was the class act of crime back in the 1940s as a partner in the notorious Siegel-Lansky-LucianoCostello crime team. Bugsy ran the West Coast rackets out of Hollywood, where he met and fell in love with starlet Virginia Hill (Bening).
The movie unfolds into a funny saga full of surprises and smart-alecky banter.
Tickets are $3 for children and $4 for adults.
