Mr. Barton won approval for painting two out-buildings at his property, The Meadows. They will be painted white with black roofs to match the paint colors on the main house. He also won approval for replacing parts of the fence around the property with identical three-board fencing, painted white.
A fourth application, by Mary Sullivan Mann, contract purchaser of the Foster-Harris House, was not considered because Ms. Mann was not present at the meeting. Her application was for fencing also.
