The Rappahannock Monarchs mens baseball team increased its Apple Valley League record to 2-1 with a 11-9 win over Woodstock Sunday.
Luther Alexander had a triple and two singles to lead Rappahannock offensively.
David ’Scratch’ Clanagan added a home run and a single, Thomas Jones had a double and a single, and Moses Jones got the win on the mound.
Carlton Orndoff had four hits for Woodstock. Mike Bishoff was the losing pitcher.
