Using herbs grown on the grounds surrounding the restaurant and fresh fruits and vegetables from local gardeners such as eggs from Jordan River Farm and fresh fruit from Blue Ridge Berry Farm, Mr. Koneczny said his new establishment represents a “commitment to the community.”
