Robb’s whose hobby was secretly taping conversations he picked up from car phones, including a now famous conversation between Gov. Douglas Wilder and a developer friend in which Gov. Wilder said Sen. Robb was finished politically because of allegations while governor he attended parties where cocaine was used.
