Bids Sought By SHARON KILPATRICK Rappahannock New, Staff Writer The School Board is ready to solicit bids for regrading and hard surfacing the high school’s track and architectural and engineering plans to refurbish the earth science lab. At Tuesday night’s meeting they voted to go ahead with requests for proposals. The bids are to be opened November 1 and work started as soon as possible after that. See Schools, Page A-7
