McLean. Renato Scozia, owner, brings his authentic Italian cuisine to the Blue Ridge Heritage Wine Festival. While his restaurant is Italian in theme, he does prepare private parties, which feature Virginia wines. Scozia said, “I think it’s important to support Virginia wines, even if they aren’t part of my Italian culture. We need to get the word out about the quality wines they are making.” He will bring to the festival pastas that feature fresh vegetables and fillings as well as his signature dessert, tiramisu.
