2. The Rappahannock school system offers one of the best educational programs in the area for students with learning disabilities and is known for its intolerance of drug and alcohol abuse. We are also fortunate in having a community that is very involved with the school system.
3. There is always room for improvement. I believe that we need to place our emphasis on improving the math and reading skills of our students at this time.
4. To be able to confront the growing budget while making it affordable for the tax payers. We are also looking at a potential overcrowding situation at the high school.
5. I think the high school could expand to offer some of the classes such as computers and building trades, but I do not see where it would be feasible for it to offer other courses available that require specialized equipment and tools which have to be constantly upgraded.
