The Rapp-Rap CSB serves all the citizens of the Counties of Rappahannock, Fauquier, Orange, Madison and Culpeper. Services provided by the CSB include mental health outpatient counseling, emergency and crisis care; inpatient and outpatient treatment for substance abuse, day programs and coordination of many services for people with mental retardation, meals, day programs and coordination of services for our aging population and transportation services for all of these programs and any citizens in need within the five county area.
Three board members are appointed by each of the five county boards of supervisors to work with the CSB staff and oversee the functioning of all CSB programs.
The services provided through the Rapp-Rap CSB are important to many individuals and families in our planning district service area. Aline Johnson, Rose Ann Sharp and Ellen Manson are the current representatives from Rappahannock County serving on this board. We believe it is imperative that you understand the types of services provided by this agency and welcome questions from you about CSB programs and initiatives.
