system are: 1) limited classroom space, especially at the high school; 2) limited Advanced Placement classes; 3) limited advanced science classes; 4) some less than adequately prepared/credentialed adjunct personnel; and 5) teacher/stqdent ratio in some grades in the elementary school.
4. 1 believe the major issue to face the School Board in the next four years will be funding limitations from State and Federal sources with increased demands for local funding of government mandated programs. Other issues we face include: 1) continued space limitations; 2) increased need for vocational education programs; and 3) increased demands for extracurricular activities.
5. I believe that would be an excellent idea. I understand that this may be financially feasible and would certainly offer educational opportunities to Rappahannock students that are precluded now by the travel time.
