In Rappahannock County Circuit Court last Thursday, Judy Kay Meredith, 35, of Reva, pleaded guilty to one count of credit card fraud.

Ms. Meredith was indicted in July for taking two credit cards belonging to Martin and Cheri Woodard, while she worked as a cleaning lady at the Faith Mountain Co.

According to Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke, Ms. Meredith took the cards to Culpeper County and withdrew cash from a bank teller machine totalling $1,450. She was charged in Culpeper County for the use of the stolen credit cards and found guilty of two felonies there. She was charged with the felonious theft of the cards here in Rappahannock County.
