“How To Take the Stress Out of Caregiving” is a workshop for childcare providers/ early, childhood educators about caregivers’ stress and how to deal with it. It is not about stress producing children and what to do with them.
We are all living with stress. Stress is what makes the world go around, up and down, side to side and sometimes stop. Stress is life’s most continuous problem.
We need to remember though that we cannot and should not avoid stress; because to eliminate stress completely would mean to destroy life itself. Whatever you do places demands on you, creates stress for you.
