Stephen Heretick of Portsmouth was elected Chair. Ms. Aylor thought the choice of Mr. Heretick as Chair was an excellent one. “I’m just so impressed by his enthusiasm and optimism,” she said. “I know he’ll do a great job in helping to turn things around.”
