Sprint PCS had its final hearing before the Planning Commission on Oct. 17 and, as a result, the Commission recommended approval of two of the three sites it had previously tabled. With the four already okayed, the Board of Supervisors will now consider accepting th* Planning Commission’s six positive recommendations and one negative recommendation for “wireless communications facilities” in Rappahannock County.
The two recommendations for approval at last Wednesday’s meeting were the “Huntly Silo” and the “Miller Silo”—two of the three “stealth” silos in Sprint PCS’ second application.
