Linda Peyton, age 59, of Falls Church died on Tuesday, Oct. 16.
She was a native of Sperryville, a daughter of the late Lester and Kathleen Dodson.
She was a 1960 graduate of Rappahannock County High School and was retired from the CIA.
Survivors include her husband, Henry M. Peyton; a daughter, Melissa Peyton of Roseville, Calif.; one son,. Brian K. Peyton of Manassas Park; a sister, Dorothy Lee Baldwin of Chesapeake; two brothers; Donald W. Dodson of Haymarket and Lawrence R. Dodson of Fairfax and one grandson, Lane Austin Peyton, who was the love of her life, of Manassas Park.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday, Oct. 22 at Everly Funeral Home in Fairfax. Burial was held at Sperryville Cemetery.
