nscai conservative, L<ouaerDacK was a co-patron oi a bill (HB 2865) directing that a report on state spending be done each year focusing on the elimination of programs that no longer had “a distinct or discernible mission.” The bill also called for a review of the programs that had the greatest impact on state spending, requiring that a cost-to-benefit analysis be provided. .

Many Rappahannock citizens have met Louderback since he began campaigning in our county earlier this year. Other people in Rappahannock, especially in our county leaders, have worked with him during the two terms (1991-1999) that he served on the Page County Board of Supervisors.

Louderback has demonstrated that he can provide effective representation in Richmond, and receives our endorsement for the 15th House District delegate’s seat.
