Weil.let me speak as a “love it here." Surely Mr. Miller knows that there are people in the families he lists as “indigenous" who strongly oppose these towers and many who have moved here recently who can't wait to use their cell phones. And surely he knows that any farmer who hopes to be saved by a cell tower in the pasture is going to be sadly disappointed.
