FACT: As a supervisor and as a delegate, Allen Louderback stood idly by while millions of dollars of revenue due Page County evaporated into a whole series of flimsy shell companies, while the county sank into financial ruin, raised taxes, and confronted a financial and environmental crisis of which he was a principal author.
