The Duxbury monopole (Amissville) was the sole site of seven to be recommended for disapproval.
The motion by Butch Zindel for disapproval had only one dissenting vote (Junk), and it appears that an Amissville-based effort to move the tower back to the Amissville Fire and Rescue location, as proposed in Sprint PCS’ first application, has Planning Commission and, perhaps, Board of Supervisors’ support.
The Board of Supervisors will render its decision on Sprint PCS’ application at their meeting beginning on Nov. 5. The time and location of that meeting will be announced in the Rappahannock News.
