Thursday was Hawaiian Day, which can pose problems with dress code violations! But once again the students toed the line and dressed in bright colorful shirts and pants. Mrs. Emma Sue Amos was up early being creative, as she picked fall colored mums to weave into a wreath for her hair. Mrs. Leser settled for flamingo earrings and flip-flops, while Mrs. Diana Speer tied a grass skirt around her waist and did the hula dance for the office staff. (It’s funnier in person!).
Friday was the traditional Red and White Day, and many students added blue to show their patriotic colors. A Pep
