The Senior Sales Manager will be chargee! with leading a world-class sales team designed to meet the growing demands of the Intuit Advisor Group division. This individual will focus on increasing revenues, strengthening customer relations and provide effective solutions by managing all aspects of new and renewal efforts to include inbound and outbound stiles. Requires BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis in business and/or marketing, 6-8 years stiles related management experience with 6 years experience in the software serv ice industry. Direct experience in the development, implementarion and management of sales commission and incentive programs in call center env't a plus. Base pay before commission $65,000-$70,000.

Generates revenue via outbound telesales to the professional market. Pro-actively develop and manage accounts through outbound and inbound telesales while utilizing consultative sales approach to maximize every customer contact. AA or BA (preferably) required and two years sales-related experience. Knowledge of tax software preparation or computer software sales a plus. Potential to make $45,000-$50,000 annually. Sales Coordinator The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales department by developing and reporting critical metrics and data to include monthly commission preparation and processing order modifications. Support team motivational efforts and coordinate department supply requirements. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Access.
