TOWN COUNCIL TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 9-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Combined Ordinance Definitions: TW ZA #02-05-02 Mary Ann Kuhn desires to amend the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Combined Ordinance Definitions to create a Special Use Permit category of “Bed and Breakfast Inn", which would allow overnight accommodations, dining for non-inn customers, catering uses and outdoor events for up to 150 persons at each event. A complete copy of the text is available for inspection at the Zoning Administrator's Office. Amendment allowed under Section 9-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance. A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Town Council, c/o P.O.
