I led an investigation into corruption and negligence in a major Veteran’s Administration Hospital, and received support from all of the Veteran’s organizations.
As a member of the Transportation Committee. 1 was a part of remaking America’s infrastructure into a cohesive force for commerce and national defense. My experience there could only be an asset for Central Virginia.
Because I do not accept special interest or PAC money, our campaign is going to be outspent by a margin of perhaps ten to one. Our grassroots effort depends on old-fashioned hard work to get the message out. We will have no slick television commercials paid for by Washington special interests. Instead, a lot of average citizens are spreading the word by talking to their friends and neighbors.
