“Nostalgic Imagery” is a show of still life paintings in Ms. Lawler’s trademark sharp, detailed style and focuses upon everyday objects from a simpler time in our nation.
The show runs from Nov. 1 through Nov. 24 with an opening reception on Sunday, Nov. 3 from 2 until 6 p.m. The Middle Street Gallery is located in Washington and hours are Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information call 675-3440.

The colder months signal the end of the autumn travel season and the closing of facilities at Shenandoah National Park.
Skyline Drive is open year round, however, the Drive maybe temporarily closed on short notice due to winter weather conditions.
