(CADRE) is seeking Executive Director contract position. Successful applicant must have strong leadership, fundraising and public relations skills, a working knowledge of substance abuse issues and prevention techniques for youth, exceptional grant development and administration ability, and the ability to accept and carry out direction while working independently under a nonprofit Board. Qualifications include any combination of education and expenence equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Public Relation, Sociology, Psychology or a related field and at least three years progressively responsible experience in project management. 37.5 hour flexible work week involving somt weekends and evenings.
