In contrast to their usual role as aides, the women of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Washington Fire Company and Rappahannock Rescue Squad, sat back, took it easy, and enjoyed themselves Friday night. The women and additional guests were entertained by the firemen and squads men with a banquet that was held at the Hampton Inn. A turkey and ham dinner was served along with music, entertainment and good company.
