After Makela, another Jackson district resident, Lorinda Bosch, stepped to the podium.
Bosch shared Makela’s support of CEP and said, “I have seen the program grow and I see all the good that it does.” Bosch also wanted to speak in favor of the K-5 language program, and expressed how beneficial she thought learning a second language was to a child’s development and the importance of learning another language for future careers.
Stephanie Shaw of Stonewall district was present to comment on the school’s compensation for employees.
