According to police records, Konick was asked to leave the premises, upon which he responded with verbal profanities.
“A few minutes later he pulled down his pants and exposed his buttocks to me,” the complainant recorded in the arrest warrant.
Rappahannock County Deputy Robert Fincham responded to the complaint, making his arrest that same evening.
