The builders of the school, if they could see the building today, would agree that it has changed very little since the early days of the 20th century.
Currently, the building is in bad need of paint and ether maintenance. The church has plans to start this process this spring.
John Jenkins of Viewtown, who has been very ill, is doing much better.
I heard that he was actually out working on his . lawn mower this week. John is a strong person. Around 1939, he was in the Navy finishing up his term of service, serving aboard the USS Argonne. When World War II, started he enlisted in the service again. A little thing like a serious illness will not dampen his spirit, since he has been around a long time and can draw on his spiritual strengths and life experiences.
